Referring to the Committee Minutes Statement regarding the Snooker Room
For the attention of all members;
The policy regarding the signing in of guests and use of the snooker room is as follows:-
There is a legal requirement for the Club to have a visitor’s book and it is intended to be used when a member invites no more than 3 friends to the club AND the host member remains with them during their visit. It is not to be used for any other purpose.
Non-members attending a function within the main room are not allowed into the ‘Member’s Only’ areas, i.e. Ladies Lounge and Snooker Room, throughout the duration of the function. They cannot be ‘Signed in’ to the club.
All Members are requested to respect the policy as agreed by Council
